We are excited to open our home to a family looking for a great place to land for a year or so. Our quiet neighborhood is nestled in the east bay hills, is also close to BART, as well as many commercial retail areas. We have a beautiful garden in front and a huge backyard with big trees, lots of birds and sometimes deer and raccoons wander through.

We have lived here for 26 years and our neighbors are all caring and good people. Our home is ample size for a family with kids (three bedrooms and two bathrooms). There are many amenities for a comfortable life here including a hot tub, a new washer/dryer, a microwave, a gas fireplace in the living room, and a 80 inch, large screen TV.

My husband got a new job and we moving to Hawaii, and will only be taking a few things for the first year, while we look for a home there. We have many furnishings that will remain and be part of the comfortable living here at our house. These include: a large leather L- shaped sofa, and a king sized bed in the master suit. A 2015 Toyota Sienna Van limited is also an optional feature of the rental that we could negotiate. We also have an EV charging station attached to the house.

The master suite bay window provides sweeping views of the SF Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. This can also be a good place to watch holiday fireworks. The large Cedar Tree and Oaks in our back yard provide a sanctuary for many birds. It is lovely to sit on the back deck for morning coffee or an evening cocktail

The back yard has nearly a 1/3 of an acre of land and there are garden beds for use to grow your own vegetables.
