The living room with original but decorative fireplace is directly adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. Large windows provide a view onto the front porch, lush front garden and Willard Street.
French doors open from the dining room onto a 3-season screened porch overlooking a rear garden and deck for dining. The screened porch is likely to be your favorite room in the house.

The basement open area is an additional bonus space and Library.
A large 3 piece bathroom with walk-in rain-head shower is located off the open area.
The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, hanging drying space, shelving for supplies and linen closet.

The 4-piece main bathroom is located at the top of the stairs.
The smallest bedroom is currently set up as a dressing room with closet organizer along one wall across from a desk with shelving above.
The middle bedroom can be set up as either an office or a bedroom with queen bed. Floating shelves and large bookcases offer lots of storage and there is a closet as well

A cleaning service is included in rent and will occur once every two weeks.

The front garden has a friendly wrought iron fence along the sidewalk and walk up to the front porch. The entire front garden only requires the occasional weeding and watering and can be enjoyed from the comfort of the front porch seating area.
A barbecue directly connected to gas is conveniently located just outside the screened porch.
The back garden is perfect for outdoor dining for 6 amidst vine-covered walls. Occasional weeding and watering are all that’s required here too.
A detached garage provides parking for one vehicle and another can park in front of the garage. The lane is to be kept free as it is shared with the neighbor at 58 Willard.
Getting the gardens going in the Spring and putting them to bed in the Fall will be completed for you. This requires 1.5 days Spring and Fall and would be scheduled at your convenience.
Snow removal for the laneway is included in rent. Shovelling of walkways and steps are not.
