Hello everyone,

We would like to sublet our apartment for six months up from September 2024, as we are traveling during our parental leave. The apartment will be available from 02.09.2024. The rent per month is 2500€ and covers all costs of our furnished apartment including utilities, electricity and internet.

The 120 sqm apartment consists of 4 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a great roof terrace that invites you to linger. Due to its orientation to the inner courtyard, it is very quiet despite its good location. Overall, the apartment is very modern and bright.
Due to the good location, the apartment is well connected in the central district of Berlin Mitte/Wedding. The subway station Seestraße (U6) is a 2-minute walk away and Leopoldplatz (U9) is 7 minutes away.
Dishwasher and washing machine are of course also available.

The apartment is suitable for 1-4 persons. The large bedroom is directly connected to the master bathroom. The small office/guest room is off the living room. There is also a walk-through room where the closet is located.
