One bedroom fully furnished apartment

The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, cabinet and end table and closet. The living room has a full-size bed and a comfy couch, desk, TV, end table, coffee table. The kitchenette has full-size fridge, microwave, broiler oven, induction hot plate, electric frying pan, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, table and 3 chairs. The bathroom is private, and your entry is as well.

The apartment, on the lower level of my home, is on a quiet cul-de-sac. You have access to the back yard, which has a fire pit, umbrella, lots of seating and a table.

You can park in the driveway, or if I am able to clean out the garage in time, you can park in one of the garage bays.

Rent includes heat, electricity, wifi. I do not have cable, but you can stream many channels Netflix.

You can also use the washer/dryer upstairs.
