Rent includes basic utilities (gas, water, electricity) and routine yard maintenance service. The home is “cable ready” and tenants can easily make their own arrangements for internet, tv and phone services of their choice.
No smoking is permitted in the home or on the property, but pets may be considered with an additional security deposit.
The house is available from May, 2025. Earlier start dates can be negotiated. Nine and 12 month lease cycles are available.
