Room available in spacious Brooklyn apartment for a March 1st or March 15th move in date. Newly painted, the apartment is spacious, colorful, clean, peaceful and full of plants, and shared with just one roommate. Apartment has 1.5 baths, laundry in the basement, an elevator, and is a 7 min walk to the B and Q trains at Parkside Avenue. It's a great, safe neighborhood with much to offer, including great restaurants and bars. It is also a five minute walk from Prospect Park, and not far from the Botanical Gardens, Zoo, Brooklyn Museum, and Kings Theater.

The room is available furnished or unfurnished (your pick!), and is very spacious. The room is $1399 per month with all utilities included (wifi, heat, hot water, electricity, gas). I'm looking for someone who would stay 3-7 months, with potential to stay longer if it works for both of us. More pictures are available upon request.
