The Gîte is a 90m2 self-contained development of an old barn, set in an existing farm as part of a very small Domaine: a total of just 9 dwellings and a grand Chateau, all set within 50 meters of the world Unesco Heritage site of the Canal du Midi. It is set within a working farm; tractors and trucks come and go sporadically but are not intrusive and reinforce the rural nature of the location.

The barn was developed in 2024 and finished in 2025: everything is brand new, the interior is modern but with reflections of its industrial past. A big open space, lots of light but privacy as well. A great place to finish that work you promised to do. The only restriction is head height in parts of the mezzanine bedroom area.

Millepetit is a quiet, rural and totally self-contained apartment, close to a small town (Trèbes). The apartment is suitable for one or two persons , subject to the low ceiling height mentioned below.

Car or electric bike required. Parking on site. Unsuitable for less physically able persons—steps and a low ceiling in bedroom.

Separate entrances, Internet service, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating, bathroom with shower. There is a small rear garden to relax in the sun.

The owners are next door and can provide, by arrangement, guided walks, bicycle rides, Pilates sessions, outings to vineyards, shopping, even dinners and company. They can assist with any issues that arise.
