We will be away for next semester, from January through April, and we are looking for responsible academics/professionals to take care of our beloved home!

Enjoy the convenience of being in downtown Toronto without feeling like you are downtown, with views of the lake and lots of sky.

The unit is a condo-townhome with its own entrance. It offers great views of Lake Ontario, lots of stairs, and no elevator.

We are a 5-minute WALK from Billy Bishop International Airport, with flights to Boston Logan, Newark (near NYC), Chicago Midway, and Washington Dulles (as well as Canadian destinations). There is also a free shuttle to Union Station. You can watch planes take off and land from our deck. Inside, you can barely hear the planes, and the airport has an 11pm curfew.

Our unit overlooks Stadium Road South Park with exercise equipment, and is right by the lakeshore bike path, with many waterfront parks nearby. The building is next to a marina, and stepping just outside, it’s easy to watch magnificent sunsets over the marina. In the winter, you can see the sunrise over the lake from the bedroom windows.

We are within close walking distance of two streetcar lines, the neighbourhood community centre, two grocery stores, and a few restaurants.

We are renting the guest bedroom and bathroom, with full use of the first floor (kitchen/living room) and top floor (laundry and rooftop deck), fully furnished. Our unit has 4 floors:
- The main floor is open-concept with a kitchen, dining area, and living-room area, as well as a powder room (half-bath).
- The second floor has the guest bedroom with a double bed and a desk, a small bedroom furnished as an office, and a full bathroom.
- The third floor has the main bedroom and ensuite (which we would consider renting only if you need more space--contact us).
- The top floor has a private rooftop deck with a great view of the lake and a view of the CN tower, as well as a washer/dryer indoors.

The unit includes one parking space in the underground garage, which we can make available if you need it. Renting our car might also be possible, if you would like, while we are away.
