The apartment sits steps from MAXXI Museum and Auditorium Parco della Musica, and within walking distance of La Sapienza’s Faculty of Architecture. Piazza del Popolo and the historic centre are approximately 15–20 minutes away by public transport.

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with excellent cafés, neighbourhood restaurants, markets, open-air pools, and green spaces — ideal for someone seeking a calm and well-connected base rather than a tourist setting. The apartment is centrally located and exceptionally well connected to the historic centre and Rome’s major cultural landmarks.

The studio is compact but thoughtfully organised and exceptionally bright, with windows throughout and open views from the 9th floor. It is the only flat on the rooftop level, offering privacy and natural light throughout the day. The terrace functions as an additional outdoor living space and is for your exclusive use.

The space includes:

• Air conditioning and central heating
• Fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine
• Ample storage (wardrobe and chest of drawers)
• Comfortable new mattress (with spare available if preferred)

The apartment is best suited to a single occupant seeking a private and independent living space for study, research, writing, artistic work, or remote professional activity.

You will have access to the entire studio and terrace. Self check-in is available, and a detailed guide is provided to ensure a smooth stay. I remain available should you need assistance.

The monthly rate includes utilities and cleaning.

A refundable security deposit is required: €1000 for stays of one month or longer, and €500 for shorter stays of approximately two weeks. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, subject to the apartment being left in good condition.

I divide my time between London and Rome and host the studio as a quiet and well-organised base for visiting scholars, artists and professionals working in the city.
